Emily Ogle
Manager, Consulting
Pronouns: she, her, hers
Emily joins the CCDI Consulting team as a multi-faceted extrovert with 10 years of experience influencing opportunities for Diversity and Inclusion through her work in the design and delivery of programs and services for vulnerable populations.
After completing her CYW Advanced Diploma, Emily has spent much of her career empowering clients to develop their career success paths with a focus on supporting those experiencing barriers to accessibility and inclusion, through a lens that takes into consideration culture, identity, ability, and trauma. In 2018, she pursued her interest to affect change from the inside and began her Human Resources Post Graduate Certificate.
As a Neurodivergent woman with lived experience facing barriers and discrimination due to lack of accessibility/inclusion, Emily enters this role with a passion for increasing awareness and understanding of IDEA at all levels of an organization. She uses her “Neurodivergent Superpowers” to quickly adapt to any situation, build meaningful relationships with stakeholders, and creatively solve problems that others didn’t see coming.
Outside of work, Emily focuses on fun and self-growth – you can find her dancing like no one’s watching (even when they are), spending time with her pets, listening to audiobooks, or working on online courses.
