Kyana Graham is a Black Queer Nonbinary facilitator from Toronto, Ontario. They've completed a certificate in Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Leadership from Humber College and are currently pursuing a B.A in Gender and Social Justice from Trent University. Their background is in social services, as they've used their Social Service Work diploma and lived experience to work with marginalized communities for six years.
Kyana's interest in diversity & inclusion comes from their intersecting identities and community development work. They have a special interest in the LGBTQ2+ community, trans inclusion, and anti-Black racism. In this role, they're hoping to help organizations on their IDEA journeys and to make workplaces more inclusive for everyone.
When they aren't working, Kyana enjoys playing video games, spending time with their friends and partner, and taking care of their dog, Blue.
