Lisa Heron joins us in the role of Senior Director Client Delivery. She brings an educational and work background in teaching, human resources, and project management to our team. Lisa’s multifaceted work experience spans the public, education, and non-profit sectors.

Lisa believes that when we work toward creating Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility, not only do we build better workplaces, schools, and communities, but we also grow our horizons and perspectives in ways we may never have imagined. Lisa is truly passionate about this and feels that striving toward this goal has made her a better teacher, leader, and person.

Born and raised in Saskatchewan, Lisa grew up with a strong sense of community and loves the wide-open spaces and incredible skies of her province. She has also been fortunate enough to travel for extended periods of time and become immersed in different communities’ cultures and languages. Able to speak conversational French and Spanish, Lisa can’t wait for her next adventure.

When Lisa isn’t working or planning her next adventure, she enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her dog.
