For almost ten years the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI) and CCDI Consulting have been points of reference in the DEI sphere in Canada, educating and providing the tools to create a diverse and inclusive society, and working to meet the high expectations of our employees, partners, and clients. This was, since the beginning, the vision of Michael Bach, whose valuable experience and dedication led us to become the relevant entities we are now—a vibrant charity (CCDI) and a leading consulting firm (CCDI Consulting).
Michael Bach, respected founder and CEO of CCDI Consulting, will be stepping away from his role as CEO effective November 15, 2022.
Zakeana Reid will be CCDI Consulting’s interim CEO. Zakeana joined CCDI Consulting in 2016. She has been Chief Operating Officer since January 2019. As recently appointed chair of the CCDI Consulting board, I will work closely with Zakeana to support this transition.
We are entering a new phase in the evolution of CCDI Consulting and our leadership team is prepared for the challenges ahead. Rest assured that we will continue creating opportunities and the right tools to promote D&I for organizations like yours to be inclusive and free of prejudice and discrimination.
If you have any questions or comments, we will be glad to hear them. Please contact Ian More, Marketing & Communications Director through his email ian.more@ccdiconsulting.ca.
Finally, we want to thank Michael for his service, and we wish him every success. On behalf of the leadership team, I appreciate your support and your commitment to promoting our values of diversity and inclusion in our society.
Truly yours,
Anne-Marie Pham
Chair of the Board of CCDI Consulting Inc.
