In this workshop participants will learn how to create environments that promote psychological safety and wellbeing for individuals and groups. This course will explore the importance of creating psychologically safe places, the impact of toxic environments on mental health, and the key elements of a psychologically safe space. Psychological safety is an environment where people feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and ideas without fear of negative consequences or judgment. Through case studies, group discussions, and interactive exercises, learners will develop strategies for creating and maintaining a psychologically safe environment, including effective communication, active listening, conflict resolution, and emotional regulation.
