IDEA Reflections is a post-training facilitated discussion that provides an opportunity for participants to reinforce their learning and deepen their understanding of inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility (IDEA) topics. The discussion is designed to help participants collaborate, share their perspectives and experiences, and reflect on the key concepts covered in the training.
IDEA Reflections are 60 minutes in duration and the discussion can be either virtual or in-person.
Our professional and skilled facilitators have extensive experience in facilitating discussions on IDEA topics and are experts in their field. They are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment where participants can learn from one another and deepen their understanding of the topics covered in the training.
The post-training facilitated discussion service is open to participants of our IDEA training courses. Participants will have the opportunity to reflect on their learning, share their perspectives and experiences, and ask questions to seek clarification. This service is an excellent opportunity for participants to reinforce their learning and deepen their understanding of IDEA topics.
We understand that each client and their participants have unique needs and goals. Therefore, our facilitated discussions can be customized to meet those needs (additional fees, may apply).
