Director, Human Resources
Angele Lalonde is a Human Resources (HR) Generalist with eight years’ experience in creation and management of all HR functions. She has a certificate in Human Resources Management and is responsible for CCDI Consulting's HR documentation and administration including HR policy creation and implementation as well as HR support and consulting.
In addition, she holds a Bachelor of Education degree and has facilitated business English skills and Canadian workplace integration for newcomers to Canada. Angels is also a Qualified Assessor for both the Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI) and the Intercultural Conflict Style Inventory® (ICS®) assessments.
A passionate human rights advocate, Angele is a Western French Canadian who also speaks Spanish. In a previous role, she designed and presented a workshop on resume writing and interviewing skills for Spanish speaking clients.
For fun, Angele loves to play poker, golf, travel, and engage in outdoor adventures in our beautiful Rocky Mountains.
