Director, Marketing & Sales
Lisa joined CCDI Consulting in 2020 with over 15 years’ experience stemming from marketing, sales, account management, and client relationship management. Being new to the IDEA space, her role at the organization was a welcomed challenge to her sales career while providing her with the opportunity to grow her own knowledge of diversity and inclusion and support Canadian organizations in their IDEA journey. Since 2022 Lisa has moved into new management roles, currently overlooking the operations of the Marketing and Sales department.
Lisa graduated from the University of Toronto with a BAH in history, philosophy and religion, while co-leading youth initiatives for the University of Toronto’s Portuguese Association within the neighborhood high schools. She also holds a Competent Communicator Certificate from Toastmasters International achieved during her time with Desjardins Insurance.
When she isn’t working, Lisa enjoys travelling with her husband and two daughters, and is always on the lookout to book her next cruise!
