Tiffany Cool

Tiffany is a lifelong learner and channels that passion through her work at CCDI Consulting. She finds joy in diving into the topics of IDEA, learning in depth surrounding these topics, challenging herself and others, and of course sharing knowledge through dialogue and education.  

Tiffany has been immersed in topics related to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion since her bachelor’s degree where she completed a degree in Child and Youth Studies, an interdisciplinary degree encompassing psychology, sociology, and disability studies. In her Masters in Women and Gender Studies, she explored these topics further through the context of gender studies and women's health. Using her education and lived experience, she saw an opportunity in her previous workplace to prioritize IDEA. Collaborating with leadership, she helped guide strategy and education within the organization to foster a more inclusive workplace, leading her to her current role as an IDEA Learning Specialist. 

Outside of work, Tiffany further embodies her value of lifelong learning by collecting hobbies.  Whether it is triathlon, kickboxing, snowboarding, reading, knitting, painting, hiking, or any other hobby she can get her hands on, she's constantly seeking out new challenges and skills to keep herself busy, engaged, and active.
